I have been getting asked this question a lot lately. Will drinking a lot of water make you lose weight? So I thought id post my feelings about this on my blog for everyone to read. Allot of people think that drinking a lot of water will make you lose weight. Its true and this is why water will make you lose weight.
First of all when you drink water your stomach gets stretched and this makes you feel full which means you wont feel he need to eat as much. But that not the only reason water will make you lose weight. The other reason is water helps flush out your system and it gets rid of harmful substances this helps you lose weigh but also helps for a health looking skin.
So will water make you lose weight? Yes it will but how much water should you drink per day?
Well the recommended amount for the average person is around 8 glasses per day. And don't drink ice cold water try to drink room temperature water whenever possible.
So drinking water can help you lose weight but it will only help you so much. You still need to eat healthy and go on a sensible diet plan.
